How much will it cost to remodel our kitchen?

An industry rule of thumb is to consider 10-20% of the house’s market value when estimating your kitchen and bathroom project. It is good to keep in mind that a remodeled kitchen is an investment that will increase the value of your home. We offer cabinetry at many different price levels to fit your budget and give you the best design within that budget.

 

How long will it take to remodel our kitchen?

That all depends on the scope of the work. We can make your counter tops in less than two weeks from time of template. Full remodeling has variables that need to be addressed and many moving parts to coordinate.

 

Phase One: Design Phase. Once our clients sit down with our design team final decisions will be made on cabinetry style and finish, counter tops appliances, and flooring we can begin ordering your kitchen and phase two begins.

 

Phase Two: Cabinet Lead Time. Lead time varies from manufacturer to manufacturer but typically takes approximately 1-12 weeks to be delivered.

 

Phase Three: Job Completion Stage. From the start of the demolition through renovation, to a fully working kitchen is typically 8 weeks but again, it will depend on your specific project.
